Hi @schuko1982, I’m very sorry to hear this is happening with your Palette.

Considering the steps you have taken already, would you be able to connect your Prusa to your computer by USB, and try connecting to it and controlling it using a program like Pronterface?

What’s strange is that you are able to complete the firmware update using the USB drive, so it seems like the ports are reading and working.

You could also try switching the USB port on the Palette 3 and see if you’re able to connect with a different port available. Otherwise, I believe the main board on the Palette, which houses the IO connections, may require replacement here.

hello, I just received the palette 3 pro and I can't connect the palette to the printer, I've tried 2 prusa mk3 and a prusa mini, I've tried several usb cables, and it never connects, it detects a dev/ttyACM0 connection, but Not even changing the baud rate to 115200 works, I have also tried through the browser and it gives me a 403 error when searching for the printer. It seems that the usb is not working properly. If it is true that when I connect the mk3s the prusa mk3 does a reset.

Obviously you can see that it tries to connect but it does not connect, but I have tried with 2 mk3s, a prusa mini and an anycubic predator, and it does not connect with any printer.
